Following a 5:30 p.m. closed executive session for the city manager’s performance evaluation, the St. Louis Park City Council will convene Monday, Jan. 28, at 6:30 p.m. for a study session. Topics include an update on the city’s Climate Action Plan and an update from the fire department on its pilot program shifting from the traditional emergency medical services (EMS) approach to a community health management model.
