A study session will immediately follow the regular meeting, for an information session about <a href="https://www.stlouisparkmn.gov/government/departments-divisions/community-development/development-projects/zelia-on-seven">Via Sol</a>. <a href="https://www.stlouisparkmn.gov/government/city-council/agendas-minutes">View the agenda and reports.</a> </p><p>Members of the public can attend the EDA, regular meeting and study session in person, <a href="http://bit.ly/watchslpcouncil" target="_blank" title="link to webstream">watch by webstream</a>  or watch on local cable (Comcast SD channel 14/HD channel 859). Provide comment on agenda items in person at the council meeting or by emailing comments to <a href="mailto:info@stlouisparkmn.gov" title="email address">info@stlouisparkmn.gov</a> by noon the day of the meeting. Comments must be related to an item on the meeting agenda. Comments will be shared with the city council by providing copies for their review at the meeting.
