The city matches 25% or 50% of utility rebates for high efficiency furnaces, water heaters and air conditioners, in addition to air sealing and improved insulation. The more energy you save, the greater your rebate! This means if you receive a $400 rebate from your utility company, St. Louis Park can offer you an additional $100 – $200, depending on your income level. Not only will higher efficiency equipment be cheaper to buy, it will also save you on gas or electricity over the lifetime of the equipment.
