The City of St. Louis Park has launched the Advance program, a small business assistance program to help with the establishment or expansion of small businesses in St. Louis Park. Qualified small businesses (with between 1 to 20 employees and under $1 million dollars in annual revenue) can receive forgivable loans up to $10,000. Loan funds can be used for interior and exterior commercial building improvements, equipment, repairs or first-time commercial property acquisitions. Loan funds require a minimum of one-to-one match of applicant-incurred eligible expenses.
