St. Louis Park Police Department Analyst Hailey Rose is the first recipient of the St. Louis Park Police Department Civilian of the Year award. The award was introduced this year to recognize civilian employees who have demonstrated great support to officers and community members, ensuring officers can respond to emergencies and daily calls for service with the necessary information and knowledge to be effective.

Those nominating Rose cited her dedication, work ethic, professionalism and competency, as well as her ability to communicate complex data in complex cases that has resulted in high-level prosecutions of numerous violent felony offenders. Award winners are selected by staff and officers from a pool of nominees.
