The city is conducting a housing preferences survey to better understand community perspectives and needs for housing types in St. Louis Park. This survey is a follow-up to the 2040 comprehensive plan update and the zoning code audit which was completed in 2022. Both of these identified potential barriers that may be preventing the city from achieving its comprehensive plan housing goals and strategic priorities. Completing the survey is the first opportunity to provide feedback on potential future zoning code updates.
