2025 Evergreen Award winners recognized at St. Louis Park City Council meeting

Post Date:October 09, 2025 5:12 p.m.

Each year, the City of St. Louis Park presents the Evergreen Awards to recognize properties with uniquely designed and well-maintained landscapes. Businesses, apartments and houses are all eligible to receive the award, with an emphasis on properties that are visible to the passerby.

The winners selected from this year’s 15 nominees were: Nancy Wolf, 4246 Ottawa Ave. S. (traditional landscape category) and Lee Conliffe and Katherine Dowd, 2845 Inglewood Ave. S. (alternative landscape category). Each winner received a dwarf Alberta spruce tree, an “Evergreen Award Winner” sign to post in their boulevard for two weeks, and an award certificate presented at the St. Louis Park City Council meeting, Oct. 6. The winning landscapes were selected by members of the St. Louis Park Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission.
