Post Date:April 29, 2019 7:00 a.m.As part of the Climate Action Plan's goal to reduce vehicle emissions by 25 percent by 2030, the St. Louis Park City Council has passed an ordinance that will help expand private electric vehicle charging infrastructure in addition to the public infrastructure the city is already adding. The ordinance sets the minimum number of parking spaces to be served with electric vehicle supply equipment, based on land use and number of parking spaces. The ordinance also includes design standards to ensure the safety and accessibility of electric vehicle charging facilities. Return to full list >>
