Project background

Trellis Co. has applied for an amendment to the planned unit development (PUD) for the apartments on Louisiana Court to allow for the construction of a one-story amenity building to provide resident services and community space at the Bickham Court apartment complex. The community building is proposed to have an area of 2,640 square feet and will be located in the northwest corner of the Bickham Court apartment complex.

The proposed project requires an amendment to an existing PUD on the property, which was approved via Resolution No. 21-038. The planning commission held a public hearing for this request on Oct. 15, 2025, at city hall. The City Council approved the amendment to the PUD on Nov. 3, 2025. City staff are reviewing the related administrative lot combination application.
