The St. Louis Park Housing Authority online portal is the online portal for waiting list applicants, current participants and property owners/managers for the St. Louis Park Housing Authority’s rental assistance programs.

The portal allows housing program participants to report income changes, check waiting list status and update information. Property owners/managers can also update contact and payment information for their properties.

Through the portal:

Participants in the Housing Authority programs can report household income changes.
Property owners/managers can update the contact and payment information for their property.
Waiting list applicants that applied for a waiting list can check their waiting list status.
Waiting list applicants already on a waiting list can update their address and family composition information (must be done in writing through the portal).

Current program participants and active applicants must report all changes in income and household size in writing within 10 days of the change. All changes need to be reported through the online portal.

Frequently asked questions

I tried to register for an account, but it says I already have an existing account. What do I do?

Select “I want to use my existing account.” Then, type in your email address and password.

It says I have an existing account. I selected “I want to use my existing account,” and then I reset my password. Now I can’t log in, or I can’t remember my password. What do I do?

You will need to start the registration process over with your new password.

Go back to the main portal page and select "APPLICANT LOGIN" in the top right corner. Then, scroll down some and select “Click here to register.” You will be brought to a new screen where you should select “I don’t have a code.” Enter your registration information and select “use my existing account.”  Then enter your new password.

If you need to reset your password, you will need to reset it through the portal connected to your existing account.

How do I apply for a waiting list?

To apply for a waiting list, you will need to have an account in the portal. If you don't have one, you will need to first register for an account. Once you have an account, login and you can apply for the waiting list of your choice.

Note: Current residents can use their same account to apply for waiting lists. All waiting lists are currently closed.

I tried to register with my registration code, but it says my Social Security number doesn’t match what’s in the system. What do I do?

If you are a current participant, you will need to contact the Housing Authority staff who provided your registration code.

If you are on the waiting list, email waitinglist@stlouisparkmn.gov.

I have a different problem that is not listed in the frequently asked questions. What should I do?

If you are a current participant, contact your caseworker. All others, email housingauthority@stlouisparkmn.gov.

How to complete recertification

Completing the annual recertification is a requirement of St. Louis Park Housing Authority’s housing programs. Even if no income or household changes have happened in the last 12 months, this recertification is still required.
