Help us deliver a better response to calls for service. If someone in your household has autism, special needs, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or is deaf or hard of hearing, you can request an emergency alert responder sticker to place in your door or window.

How can I get a sticker?

If you are interested in getting a sticker, complete the request form below and police department staff will mail one to you.

Stickers are also available at the front counter of the police department, 3015 Raleigh Ave. S., during regular business hours, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Note: Requests are monitored during normal business hours.
