In accordance with Minnesota’s State Statutes 244.052 and 244.253D, the St. Louis Park Police Department is releasing information regarding Willie Edd Reynolds, a Level 3 registered predatory offender, subject to public notification. Reynolds is living in the 2600 block of Xylon Avenue South.
