City meeting spaces
In recognition of the role organized neighborhood organizations play in community and civic life, they have access to free room reservations at some city facilities.
- Rec Center: Organized neighborhood groups receive one free meeting per month at the Rec Center. The Rec Center is best equipped to host meetings on evenings and weekends, and to offer audiovisual availability.
- City Hall: Organized neighborhood groups also receive one free meeting per year at City Hall, in the community room on the first floor. Reservations can be requested for meetings to be held Mondays – Thursdays, 5 – 9:30 p.m. Reservations will be granted based on availability. Due to city staffing capacity, daytime, weekend or city holiday reservations are not available and audiovisual capacity or assistance cannot be provided.
Contact neighborhood@stlouisparkmn.gov to request your free organized neighborhood reservations at either the Rec Center or City Hall.
For additional rental space beyond the free options, or for meetings/events unrelated to organized neighborhoods, visit the facilities rental page to view available rental spaces. Be sure to read all the details about each location before submitting a rental request form.
Other meeting spaces
Meeting spaces may be available at worship centers, school facilities and private vendors. Consider these locations if they are closer or more convenient than other facilities.
Neighborhood grant funds may be used to pay room reservation fees that are reasonable for meetings or events. Learn more about neighborhood grants by viewing the neighborhood grants tab on this page.
