Submittal process for rental and business license applications

License renewals

The primary method of renewing a rental or business license application is online through eLicenses. If you have previously been issued a license, you will receive a letter in the mail each year with the information you will need to renew online.

Mail

Provide a check for payment, or include a name and phone number to be contacted for credit card payment. Mail application to:
