License renewals

The primary method of renewing a rental or business license application is online through eLicenses. If you have previously been issued a license, you will receive a letter in the mail each year with the information you will need to renew online.

How to return your applications

Mail

Provide a check for payment, or include a name and phone number to be contacted for credit card payment. Mail application to:

  • St. Louis Park city ordinance requires dogs older than 16 weeks to have a dog license and valid rabies vaccination. If you're a St. Louis Park resident, access to the city's off-leash dog parks is included with the dog license. Current dog license holders can now renew online using eLicenses. You will need your renewal letter and vaccination certificate to complete the online renewal. Non-residents can use the dog parks if they purchase a non-resident off leash dog park permit(PDF, 160KB).
