The St. Louis Park City Clerk's Office provides many important services that support the city manager, city council and St. Louis Park residents and businesses, including
- Preparing and maintaining agendas and minutes for the city council and various boards and commissions.
- Coordinating the city's participation in federal, state, county and local elections.
- Contracts and bids.
- Ensuring legal notices are published as required.
- Maintaining official city records, city council minutes, ordinances, ordinance code, resolutions, contracts, deeds and plats and other official documents.
- Managing liquor licenses, gambling license and domestic partnership application (see more information below).

Domestic partnership registration
The City of St. Louis Park has established a program that allows unmarried, committed couples who live or work in St. Louis Park to document their relationship. This program is managed by the city clerk.
