On Jan. 20, staff will present the final design and recommendations for the project to city council. The council will be asked to approve the project, and construction is expected to begin sometime in late April or May. Additional information about construction timing will be available after a contractor has been selected for this work.

Project details and background 

Select alleys in Oak Hill neighborhood will be reconstructed in 2026. The plan is for the alleys to be regraded, drainage to be addressed and for the new surface to be concrete.

City money is being used to fund this project, with no proposed special assessments to property owners.
