Project was awarded to IDC-Automatic LLC at the March 23, 2026 city council meeting. 

Construction is expected to begin mid-summer. Additional information will be provided closer to contruction start. 

Project details and background 

Select alleys in Oak Hill neighborhood will be reconstructed in 2026. The plan is for the alleys to be regraded, drainage to be addressed and for the new surface to be concrete.

City money is being used to fund this project, with no proposed special assessments to property owners.
