Once you have completed your parks and recreation registration form, you can return it by mail or drop it off in person. We can't accept registrations over the phone. 

When completing the registration form, be sure to write down the activity name and fee for each program you're registering for. Missing information can delay your registration. Individuals with disabilities may request auxiliary aids for registration by calling 952.924.2540 or contacting Caroline Voss at cvoss@stlouisparkmn.gov. 

Payment must accompany registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. Make checks payable to "City of St. Louis Park."

Submitting in person

Drop off the completed parks and recreation registration form at The Rec Center or Westwood Hills Nature Center. Forms can be dropped off at The Rec Center's front desk or in the secure lockbox located near the front desk if no one is available.

The city recognizes the importance of recreation and the health and wellness benefits it provides to people of all ages, and offers a program for those that live, work or attend school in St. Louis Park that may need financial assistance to participate in our recreation programs.

To enroll in the program, submit the online Access to Fun application or complete and return the paper PDF form(PDF, 1MB).

We do not send enrollment confirmations. You will be contacted only if the program is full or canceled or the date, time or location has changed.

Activities may be canceled due to poor weather. Call the weather line at 952.924.2567 if weather appears questionable.

Full refunds are given only when an activity is canceled by the parks and recreation division. When registration is withdrawn before the first day of the activity, a 20% administrative fee will be assessed. Partial credit will be considered if cancellation is due to injury or serious illness.

Residents pay a lower fee for many activities. A resident is someone who lives or works full-time in St. Louis Park. Non-residents who register as residents will forfeit their fee and their place in the activity.

Some programs and activities are available to Golden Valley, New Hope, Hopkins and Minnetonka residents at St. Louis Park resident rates through reciprocal agreements St. Louis Park has with those cities. Eligible programs and activities will indicate these rates within their descriptions in the Parks & Recreation Activity Catalog and parks and recreation online registration.
