Wolfe Park is located between Excelsior & Grand and The Rec Center. Wolfe Park features a year-round park building that holds many events (can be rented out by the public), walking trail, a fishing pond and two picnic shelters. A playground, basketball court, five pickleball courts and sand volleyball court are located in the middle of the park.

The Veterans' Memorial Amphitheater is terraced into the hill on the south side of Wolfe Park and connects the park to the Excelsior & Grand Town Green. It's eight terraced tiers offer seating for 200 people. The amphitheater features many concerts throughout the summer months. When no public events are scheduled, the amphitheater can be rented for weddings and other private events from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., daily. The Veterans' Memorial rock has been relocated from Carpenter Park to Wolfe Park near the Veterans' Memorial wall area.
