Police Reports

Reports for past-action incidents can be submitted online, including lost property, theft, theft from a vehicle and vandalism. Reportable incidents include those that likely require a police report but do not require a police response. If you would like or need a police officer to respond to the scene, call the police non-emergency line at 952.924.2618.

Note: If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.

How to submit

• Submit a report online
• A police officer will review your report and either respond with an email verification or contact you directly if more information is needed.

Issues related to nuisances and livability concerns can be submitted online through mystlouispark.

To request a copy of a police report, chose one of the following options.

• Request in-person at the police department, 3015 Raleigh Ave. S.
  • Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Email pdrecords@stlouisparkmn.gov

Please allow up to five days for the report to be processed. You can call in advance to see if you can pick the report up sooner. Cash, check, money order, VISA or MasterCard are acceptable forms of payment.

The St. Louis Park Police Department creates weekly public information reports in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. Requests for specific reports must be made to the police records staff Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

To request a copy of the weekly arrest, activity or crash reports, email pdrecords@stlouisparkmn.gov.

To request a video from a police body-worn camera or vehicle dashboard camera, complete the video request form(PDF, 167KB).

The St. Louis Park Police Department strictly adheres to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, which classifies data as public, private and/or confidential. You may be asked to provide picture identification and/or written authorization from the parties involved in order to get a report.
