Arrive + Thrive: Transit Station Area Plans

The City of St. Louis Park completed a community-led process to create four small area plans for gateway areas within the community to guide decisions about development, investment and how the areas are used. The process includes updates to the existing plans for three METRO Green Line light rail stations: Beltline Boulevard, Wooddale Avenue and Louisiana Avenue, and the creation of a new plan.

Beltline Boulevard Station Site

Sherman Associates received approvals to construct three buildings and a parking ramp on the 6.6-acre site at the southeast corner of CSAH 25 and Beltline Boulevard.

Trellis Co. has applied for an amendment to the planned unit development for the apartments on Louisiana Court to allow for the construction of a one-story amenity building to provide resident services and community space at the Bickham Court apartment complex.
